Fan of melon with parma ham and redcurrant coulis
Melon and strawberry cocktail laced with Malibu 
Smoked salmon platter dressed with parsley oil

Prawn salad topped with marie rose sauce with brown bread and butter
Smoked chicken and tomato salad with sweet mustard dressing

Roast Turkey with Stuffing, Chipolata and Pan Gravy
Roast Supreme of Chicken with stuffing,bacon roll,red wine and thyme sauce
Roast Topside of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding and Gravy
Braised Beef steak in a wild mushroom and Madeira sauce
Braised shank of lamb in a mint and red wine jus
Baked fillet of sea bass served with oriental vegetables
Served with three fresh vegetables, new and deep fried potatoes.
